• What does it cost to PYO ceramic?
  Our range of items are always changing. From tiles to kitchenware and lots of novelty items to choose from.
  
  Our prices start at $12 upwards with the average item costing approx $24 - $26.
  
  
  
• Do you host birthday parties?
  Yes, Splashy will happily host birthday parties, and at no extra charge! The birthday person will also get a free birthday tile.

• Can you cater for larger group bookings?
  Yes, we are able to provide bookings for up to approximately 60 people. A great activity for work functions, team building, hens nights, baby showers or for spending time with family and friends.
  
• Do you do Gift Vouchers
  Yes we have vouchers of all $ values available in store and can send vouchers online. Vouchers valid for 1 year
• Do you sell products that are seconds?
  Yes we do have some seconds and sale items available in store.
• Are the ceramics safe in the dishwasher, microwave and oven?
  YES! Our ceramics are fired to a high temperature so are compatible to use in the dishwasher, microwave and oven, and is food-safe. The only exceptions is our wine glasses. They don't like the dishwasher, but like all glass, they do need extra care. Like all ceramics you need to treat them with care – they will break if dropped or knocked and may crack if they undergo sudden changes in temperature e.g. taken from a very hot oven to a cold surface.
• Will you open after work hours?
  We are happy to open after hours for group bookings with a minimum of 15 painters ($20 each) as long as we can staff the time requested.
• Do you do plate smashing?
  No! We do occasionally have box of broken pieces available for mosaics.
